Star Trek TOS Gorn Life-Size Bust

Star Trek Gorn life-size bust.  Restored from a copy of the original head from the Star Trek episode ‘Arena'.
Restored and made by Douglas Hildebrandt.  Only a handful of these Gorn busts were produced.
I purchased this from Mr. Hildebrandt in 2019.  This particular bust is #18 as written inside the piece.
I was going to recreate a life-size Gorn for a customer, but the deal fell through.
It is made primarily of resin and rigid foam.  The artist purchased a copy of one of the two original Gorn heads from the 1967 Star Trek.
He spent weeks restoring it to the very last detail.  The bust features 28 inlaid teeth like the original.
It has hand placed crystal eyes and features a textile neck swatch to match the original as well.
This bust is hollow but cannot fit onto an adults head.
It is for display purposes only.
The bust measures 15” tall, 18” deep and 10” wide and comes with a resin Gorn placard to display with the bust as shown.
This Gorn Bust will make a fine addition to your Star Trek collection or as a stand-alone piece.
